You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not copy, resell, or misuse any part of the site, including its text, images, and design, without our written permission.

3. Products

We do our best to show our products, colors, and packaging as accurately as possible. Because screens differ, the color you see may vary slightly from the real product.

Our products are for external cosmetic use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always patch-test before first use and stop using any product that causes irritation. If you have a skin condition or concerns, please speak with a healthcare professional.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Prices do not include shipping or applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we received it. This is not an acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. See our Payment Methods page for the ways you can pay.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed to the carrier, it is the carrier's responsibility, but we're always happy to help track it down.

8. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your skin. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@bareskincare.com. For hygiene reasons, opened products may only be returned if at least half of the product remains. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, text, photos, and graphics, belongs to Bare or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bare is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will change.
